Paper scraps for collaging

Directions:

After that, cut egg shapes from paper-thin. I used thin paper-thin, because thick cardboard hurts a lot to cut and makes me angry, and I probably shouldn't experience aroused while property scissors.

Next you can collage. I rolled out a big slice of kraft paper on the flooring and added a little bit to the eggs all week. It was so fun to exercise information technology this way, because I would merely randomly add some paper every time I felt like it.

Ideas:

Use cutting and/or ripped newspaper

Dig out onetime gelli prints. Collage is prefect for these.

Apply colored card stock you've cut or punched shapes out of. I used some of these as my concluding layer, and then the paper underneath would show through the holes.

Don't recollect too much- flow with information technology and let yourself put paper pieces wherever you happen to experience like it. The beauty of collage is that y'all tin add layers until information technology's iii inches thick and cover over any areas you lot hate.

Add in some texture and dimension with tissue paper.

Don't worry about keeping exactly to the egg border- it's easy to flip the egg over and cut off the extra around the edge later.

Here'southward how they looked afterwards day 2:

Here'due south how they expect now, and I'm however non sure I'm finished with them. I do like the colored paper pieces toning down the rest of it.
