Connect to the Network and Try Again Mi
Mi Unlock condition stuck, keeps saying "Connect to network and try once again" while net is

I'one thousand trying to activate Mi unlock status on my former redmi3 so I can unlock the bootloader using their tool, just every time I press the push information technology 1st says "Preparing to add account and device.." then nearly instantly " Connect to network and try again" (and if I try with no net then the 1st message doesn't show). The phone is tied to the Mi account, I know for sure since at present every time I reinstall the ROMs information technology tells me is tied and I need to enter the Mi account countersign, its only Mi unlock condition the doesn't and keeps the Mi unlocker from unlocking my bootloader.
Backstory:
And so I have a redmi3 (ido) with android 5.1.1 bought in 2016, finally decided to endeavor and update my telephone from the ****ty vendor ROM (MIUI 6.9...smt) that had the updater bugged (the app couldn't also connect to net to check) and Mi unlock status missing, flashed MIUI 9.vi.2.0 from the official site using their tool which fixed the updater (only now I can't downgrade) and now has Mi unlock but as I said it doesn't work.
What I tried and so far:
-Log off Mi account and log in through the Mi unlock status (also tried using phone number as id)
-Change location to China or Republic of indonesia and then try again (tried both)
-Make sure the phone is the only device tied to the Mi account
-Enable "Find device" then use it to locate the phone (it was very accurate)
-effort while having simply Wi-fi or while having just mobile data on (tried both)
Here is some more info of the phone:
MIUI version: MIUI Global | Stable ix.6.ii.0(LAIMIFD) (can also flash 9.6.1.0)
Android version: 5.1.1 LMY47V
Android security patch level: 2017-01-01
Baseband version: FAAANUZM-1.56482.1.63385.1_V013
Kernel version: iii.ten.49.perf-g13b30f1
It also lets me enter in fastboot and EDL mode.

Footstep past stride guide:
1. Download xiaomitool and install.
2. Reboot phone to recovery.
3. In recovery menu choose Mi banana, and connect to PC through USB.
4. Run xiaomitool and choose "My device is bricked and i want to unbrick it" and go on.
five. Xiaomitool will download chinese rom, this may take a while.
6. When its stop, in xiaomitool y'all can see message to set usb debugging, Now you must power off telephone, and enter to recovery again and select Mi banana, like in step 2, and connect phone to pc throught USB, if y'all dont see this bulletin xiaomitool should run next footstep.
vii. Now Xiaomitool install chines rom, after reboot log into you lot account, unblock programmer manner and click on mi unlock status when your wi fi is disable and mobile information is on.
9. At present unlock phone with mi Unlock.

I had the same trouble recently, after many tries I succeeded unlock bootloader.Footstep past footstep guide:
ane. Download xiaomitool and install.
2. Reboot phone to recovery.
3. In recovery menu choose Mi banana, and connect to PC through USB.
four. Run xiaomitool and cull "My device is bricked and i want to unbrick it" and go along.
five. Xiaomitool volition download chinese rom, this may have a while.
6. When its finish, in xiaomitool you can see bulletin to set usb debugging, NOW y'all must power off telephone, and enter to recovery again and select Mi assistant, similar in step 2, and connect phone to pc throught USB, if you dont see this bulletin xiaomitool should run next step.
7. Now Xiaomitool install chines rom, later reboot log into you business relationship, unblock programmer mode and click on mi unlock status when your wi fi is disable and mobile data is on.
ix. Now unlock phone with mi Unlock.10. AND Washed!!!!!

But reason these are still up is that I couldn't observe a delete push button here : )) . Capeesh trying to assist others in our similar situation tho

However, the method above doesn't seem to work. The XiaoMiTool V2 doesn't download the Chinese ROM.
I tried whatnot but cannot add the device to my account so that I tin can unlock it.
